On July 30, 2014, Jordan A. Thomas served as a panelist in “Strengthening Anti-Reprisal Rights under the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform.” The panel examined appropriate rule-making for the SEC to clarify and strengthen protections available to those who report misconduct internally or externally. This session was part of the Whistleblower Summit: Civil and Human Rights Conference, hosted by the Government Accountability Project.
