The Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund (TAF) hosted its 2014 IRS, SEC and CFTC Whistleblower “Boot Camp” on Monday, September 15, 2014.

Partner Jordan A. Thomas spoke on the panel titled, “Best Practices and Strategies for SEC and CFTC Whistleblower Practitioners,” which covered a variety of practice pointers for the SEC whistleblower program, including attorneys and accountants as clients, talking to the press during investigations and anti-retaliation measures.
