The National Employment Lawyers Association’s (NELA) will host their 2015 Annual Convention on June 24-27, 2015.
Partner Jordan A. Thomas will participate in a panel discussion titled “Navigating The Maze Of Private Sector Whistleblower Anti-Retaliation Laws.” This presentation will examine issues that frequently arise in private sector whistleblower cases such as recent developments under the Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank Acts, preserving retaliation claims while pursuing reward claims, choosing the optimal forum, minimizing claim splitting and claim preclusion risks, and exhausting administrative remedies.
