The California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) will host their 28th Annual CELA Employment Law Conference from September 25 -26, 2015.

Partner Jordan A. Thomas will speak on the “Blowing the Whistleblower” panel scheduled for September 26, which will discuss how to identify and pursue the most common employment-related whistleblower claims under state and federal qui tam statutes, California Labor Code section 1102.5, Health and Safety Code section 1278.5, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Dodd-Frank.
