Jordan Thomas Recognized as a 2020 Top Thought Leader in Trust

Whistleblower Representation Practice Chair Jordan Thomas has been named a Trust Across America 2020 Top Thought Leader in Trust. A multi-year award winner, Jordan joins corporate leaders, academics and researchers who transform the way organizations build and operate their businesses. Describing Jordan’s work, Trust Across America wrote “And what if the SEC could tap the ethos and engender the trust of the American people? “What if” became what is, the SEC whistleblower program.”

As a principal architect of the SEC’s revolutionary program, Jordan’s knowledge of the program is expansive, leveraging a long tenure at the Commission investigating and supervising some of the largest frauds in history. In private practice, as an SEC whistleblower lawyer, his practice combines the talents of a deep bench of former enforcement attorneys, securing precedent-setting wins for clients. By way of example, Jordan’s clients, who tipped the SEC to long-running misconduct at Merrill Lynch, were awarded $83 million, the largest award in the Program’s history.
