Jordan Thomas Recognized as a Top Thought Leader in Trust

Whistleblower Representation Practice Chair Jordan Thomas has been named a Trust Across America 2019 Top Thought Leaders in Trust. Now in its 9th year, the awards program “celebrates professionals who are transforming the way organizations do business.”

In 2018, Jordan’s clients, who tipped the SEC off to long-running misconduct at Merrill Lynch, were awarded $83 million from the SEC’s Whistleblower Program, the largest in the Program’s history. Jordan regularly speaks on panels and presents on whistleblower developments and best practices and offers insights into how companies can combat fraud and build strong internal compliance and reporting programs.
