Whistleblower Update – The Impact on Corporations and SEC Enforcement

On Oct. 28, 2020, Jordan Thomas participated in the Securities Enforcement Forum 2020, which has been considered the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. Jordan appeared as a panelist in the final panel of the day, entitled “Whistleblower Update – The Impact on Corporations and SEC Enforcement.” Also on the panel were Jane Norberg, Chief of the SEC Whistleblower Office, and law firm partners Bridget Moore (moderator) and Lorin Reisner both of whom, like Jordan, formerly held roles at the SEC.
