Whistleblowing Legislation in the U.S. and Canada: A Comparative Analysis

The American Bar Association will host its annual Labor and Employment Law Conference at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Chicago, Illinois on November 9-12, 2016. This event will provide attendees with a curriculum covering all aspects of the labor and employment law practice by presenting a number of balanced panels with prominent speakers and experts in the industry.

Partner Jordan A. Thomas will participate in a panel titled, “Whistleblowing Legislation in the U.S. and Canada: A Comparative Analysis.” The panel will present a comparative analysis of whistleblower statues and case law in the United States and Canada, in both the public and private sectors, with a discussion including management and employee representatives from both jurisdictions.
