Winning Whistleblower Cases – An Advanced Look by a Seasoned Trial Lawyer and Former Government Attorney

The Minnesota State Bar Association will host its annual Labor and Employment Law Conference at the Minneapolis Conference Center on November 17, 2016. This event will provide attendees with an advanced analysis of recent court decisions, fresh agency developments, and emerging industry trends.

Partner Jordan A. Thomas will lead a discussion titled, “Winning Whistleblower Cases – An Advanced Look by a Seasoned Trial Lawyer and Former Government Attorney.” Thomas will discuss the latest whistleblower case developments, with a focus on those involving Dodd-Frank, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and the False Claims Act.
