From 2000 to 2003, Defendant CEO allegedly obtained undisclosed compensation in the amount of $849,100 by improperly billing his employer, restaurant chain operator Buca Inc., for a wide variety of personal and non-business expenses. Defendant also allegedly engaged in two undisclosed related-party transactions. In addition to the consequences in this action, he was also criminally convicted and received a prison sentence.
