  • More than $10.2 million

Securities fraud case alleging false and misleading disclosures concerning projected revenues and earnings for the third quarter of 2000 by defendants Zomax and senior executives Anderson (CEO and founder), Bedard-Anderson (co-founder), Flaherty (CFO) and Angelini (COO). In addition, Anderson and Bedard-Anderson, individually and through their trust, sold all of their stock holdings in advance of public disclosure of the company’s announcement of substantially lower-than-expected revenues and earnings, avoiding millions of dollars in losses. Anderson also tipped his friend Dolinsky to sell his Zomax stock before the announcement.
