Defendants, a recidivist misappropriator and his company, allegedly defrauded an elderly couple for more than 20 years by falsely claiming to make securities investments on their behalf, while actually misappropriating their funds and never making the investments. The fraud allegedly caused the couple to lose the majority of their life savings. A permanent injunction was entered and defendant Moskop also was administratively barred.
