Litigation in the U.S. District Court in Tampa, Florida, in which the entity defendant agreed to entry of a final judgment enjoining it from violations of the antifraud, books and records, and reporting provisions of the federal securities laws. The individual defendants were charged with insider trading violations for selling Seahawk securities while in possession of material nonpublic information in the form of an internal company archaeology report that allegedly contradicted prior false statements about a shipwreck/cargo recovery site.
