The National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) hosted their 2013 Annual Convention on June 27, 2013.
Labaton Sucharow Partner Jordan A. Thomas spoke on the panel entitled “Using New Developments In Whistleblower Laws To Your Client’s Advantage.” This session, a reprisal of NELA’s 2011 webinar, will address new developments in the whistleblower laws and issues that need to be addressed when advising clients that have both employment and whistleblower attorneys and claims.
