The New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section held it’s Spring Meeting on May 3 – 5, 2013 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Labaton Sucharow Partner Jordan A. Thomas spoke on the May 5th, 2013, 10:55am panel entitled “The SEC Whistleblower Program.” The Dodd-Frank Act established the SEC Whistleblower Program in 2010. This panel looked at the structure of the program as well as developments to date from the perspectives of whistleblower counsel, defense counsel, and the SEC.
