The Widener University School of Law Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law and the Ruby R. Vale Foundation sponsored a seven-part series entitled “Masters Class Series on Whistleblowing.”
This masters series course took place on Tuesday afternoons from 4:20 p.m. to 6:10 p.m. beginning January 8, 2013 and concluded April 23, 2013. The course offered a total of seven classes, taught by masters with substantial professional experience with one or more aspects of whistleblowing, including attorney professional responsibility, qui tam actions, whistleblowing and corporate criminal liability, and regulatory whistleblowing programs.
Labaton Sucharow Partner Jordan A. Thomas discussed the Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Program as the series first guest lecturer on January 8th.
