Dow Jones hosted a seminar entitled “Reporting Misconduct: Encouraging Whistleblowers To Come Forward” on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.
Labaton Sucharow Partner Jordan A. Thomas was one of four panelists who spoke during a 60-minute virtual roundtable that addressed what companies can do to encourage internal reporting, and provided guidance on how employees are thinking and likely to act when confronted with wrongdoing. Participants also gained insight into a special report on Whistleblowers from the Ethics Resource Center.
