Defendants were friends and family of Bosko Gasich, the owner of Chicago biofuel company Zenergy International which was allegedly used in a multi-million dollar pump-and-dump scheme, as well as several stock promoters (and businesses owned by the friends or promoters). They each allegedly participated in and benefitted from the referenced scheme, along with others. This group settled immediately, however, and thus was charged in a separate action/litigation.
