Alleged fraud spearheaded by a pastor, the SEC charged defendants with raising approximately $6.7 million from more than 80 investors who were guaranteed high returns and falsely told that Treasure Enterprise LLC, the company they were investing in, was a profitable real estate company with hundreds of residential and commercial properties.
